Passionate about the Early Years

So much more than a Kindergarden

At Beech Tree we have a very carefully selected team of educators. We employ teachers with qualified teacher status (QTS), educators educated to degree level, level 3 and level 2 educators. We are committed to developing a highly skilled Early Years workforce who make a difference to children's lives. We welcome educators from many different backgrounds and encourage men into the Early Years workforce. Our highly skilled senior educators model best practice to new educators, supporting and mentoring them through our Investors in People Apprenticeship Program.
